Please note:  The $29.95 price above is for a family with four members or less.  Your membership will be charged an additional $4.95 per year for each family member over the inital four.

Each family member will recieve one full-size eMedic Membership Card and three Zip-Clips with a unique eMedic Member ID number and will enjoy all of the benefits of membership.

During the purchase process, you will be asked for your address and billing information only.  You will be able to enter the members' personal, medical and emergency contact information after you have completed the membership purchase.
